Several factors affecting the embrittlement of speed-regulated cooling fans

The embrittlement of the speed-regulated DC cooling fan is caused by the following factors: long-term operating temperature, fan speed ratio, power switching frequency, rotor dynamic balance of the fan motor rotor, fan structure direction and dust or dirt in the natural environment.

1. Working temperature: The temperature of the fan office environment will endanger the evaporation and viscosity of the grease, thus endangering the service life of the power cooling fan.

2. Fan speed ratio: The AC coling fan speed ratio is inversely proportional to the service life. The higher the speed ratio, the higher the temperature caused by the friction of the grease liquid, which will accelerate the evaporation of the grease and reduce the service life of the bearing.

3. Power switching frequency: When the oil bearing starts, no oil wedge is produced, and the shaft core and bearing are still in contact with metal materials, which will cause slight damage. Therefore, frequent power switching can also endanger bearing life.

 

4. The rotor dynamic balance of the fan motor rotor: the better the rotor dynamic balance of the fan Blower motor rotor, the smaller the centripetal force caused by the same speed ratio, the less damage to the bearing, and then the service life of the bearing will increase.

5. Fan structure direction: Due to the difference in the fan structure field, the influence of force on the bearing will also be different. In the basic theory, the force of the motor rotor on the bearing has minimal ground stress when the direction of the deceived gravity is parallel to the bearing.

6. Dust or dirt from the outside: After entering the bearing, the dust in the air will block the air intake system of the bearing, destroy the original dynamic pressure oil film and lubrication of the oil bearing, and cause failure. If the external dirt is chemical fibers or insects, it will also hinder the rotation of the centrifugal impeller.
