Introduction to 5 key points of car maintenance

  Measure tire pressure

The tire measures every inch of the journey with its own body, which is extremely hard. Therefore, the tire pressure should be measured first to maintain the same tire pressure for all four wheels. If the tire pressure of a certain tire is abnormally low, carefully observe whether the tire is punctured, and repair it in time.If the wound is too large or the wound appears on the wall of the fetus, it can only be asked to retire.

There is also the problem of tire dynamic balance. The rough road in the wild may affect the dynamic balance of the tires. The originally smooth car suddenly seems to lose its temper, with abnormal tremors, which indicates that the dynamic balance of the tires has failed. The reason may be the deformation of the wheel hub, tire wear, or it may be that the balance weight clamped on the wheel hub was shaken off during a strong bump. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to rebalance each tire.

Oil change

During a self-driving trip, high-load operation will make the engine stand the test, so check the engine oil and water tank water. If it is an automatic transmission car, also check whether the transmission oil is missing, and if it is excessively consumed, it should be refilled in time.

If the self-driving trip is relatively long, it is best to change the engine oil, because the engine’s high temperature work for several days may cause the engine oil to deteriorate. And whether the engine belt is loose also needs attention. In addition, the dust during the journey may make the engine body, engine radiator and air-conditioning radiator covered with mud, which affects the engine’s heat dissipation and air-conditioning work. At this time, you need to go to a professional car dealer and use a special cleaning agent to treat the engine and radiator. Carry out special cleaning.

Do 4-wheel alignment

The bumpy road brings continuous impact to the chassis, and the four-wheel positioning of the vehicle may also be changed as a result, resulting in abnormal tire wear. Therefore, after returning from the journey, the chassis of the vehicle should also be checked, and if necessary, the four-wheel alignment should be done again for the car.Similarly, severe vibration can damage the steering system, and you should observe whether the steering gear ball head is loose. In addition, the screws of the chassis part should be tightened.

Check the brake system

The brake system is also an inspection link that cannot be ignored. Frequent braking and gravel-filled environments during the journey will severely wear the brakes. If the brakes are excessively worn, or there is a “hissing” noise when you step on the brakes, then the brakes need to be checked.

Clean the engine oil circuit

There are certain differences in the quality of oil in various regions, and even some of the oil quality is unqualified. Adding such oil will cause great damage to the engine and the oil circuit. If you use inferior gasoline, on the one hand, the engine will produce knocking and noise; on the other hand, it is easy to make the three-way catalytic converter fail. At this time, the engine will often be weak and fuel consumption will increase, which will seriously damage the internal parts of the engine. If the above situation occurs, it is best to go to the after-sales service station to drain the oil, and then add some additives to clean the oil circuit for maintenance.

What are the characteristics of the CNC turning process?

What are the characteristics of the CNC turning process? Turning is a method of cutting the workpiece on the lathe by rotating the workpiece relative to the tool. Turning is the most basic and common cutting processing method. Most workpieces with revolving surfaces can be processed by turning methods, such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooves, threads, and rotary forming surfaces. Common lathes can be divided into horizontal lathes, floor lathes, vertical lathes, turret lathes and profiling lathes, and most of them are horizontal lathes.

The Influence of CNC Turning and Milling Machining on Turning Efficiency

The cutting efficiency of CNC lathes will be affected by human factors, environmental factors and the machine tool itself. Let's talk about the influence of cutting amount and cutting tools on CNC lathe processing among many factors.   Reasonable cutting amount can improve the efficiency of CNC lathe. When the   laser  cutting  speed is increased by 10 times and the feed rate is increased by 20 times, far beyond the traditional cutting forbidden zone, the cutting mechanism has undergone a fundamental change.   The result of CNC turning  and milling combined processing is: the metal removal rate per unit power is increased by 30% to 40%, the cutting force is reduced by 30%, the cutting life of the tool is increased by 70%, and the cutting left on the workpiece is greatly reduced. Heat, cutting vibration almost disappeared; cutting processing has taken an essential leap. According to the current situation of CNC lathes, increase the feed per tooth, improve pr...

Machining and welding process notes for TC4 titanium alloy parts

Common welding methods for titanium and titanium alloys are as follows: Argon arc welding, submerged arc welding, vacuum electron beam welding, etc. Tungsten argon arc welding is used for thicknesses of 3 mm or less, and argon arc welding is done for 3 mm or more. The purity of argon is over 99.99%, and the content of air and water vapor in argon is strictly controlled. Currently, for TC4 titanium alloys, argon arc welding, plasma arc welding are often used for welding, but both methods need to be filled with welding material. Limitations on shield gas, purity and effectiveness increase the oxygen content of the joint, reduce its strength and increase its post-weld deformation. Electron beam welding and laser beam welding are used. The following is a description of precision welding and precautions for TC4 titanium alloy. 1. Weld hole problem Table of Contents 1.
