Electroplating, lubricants, ruby ​​bearings, and steel parts provide rust and abrasion resistance in a relatively low cost way, but copper is cheap, easy to cut, and can be solved.

Titanium is not a rare metal and is ranked 9th in crustal reserves. The supply of titanium ore can be maintained for at least 10,000 years. It is found on planets such as meteorites, lunar rocks, and the sun. However, the titanium extraction process is relatively slow and expensive, which makes it expensive. For many years, high prices have limited the use of titanium in military and aerospace applications.
